Piffers Security Service adhere to the working time directive and employ officers that are professionally inducted to our business and then subsequently site trained to ensure that our front line staff have all the tools necessary to satisfy our clients. All officers are supported by our regional area managers and are visited according to the ’Piffers Charter’
The Piffers Charter dictates that all Piffers officers are visited once a month by their area manager where a contract and personal review is conducted and then submitted to our client.
This process ensures the following and unlike the ‘industry norm’ leaves our clients with the following:
- Monthly contract review that includes all audits, duties, incidents and recommendations.
- Monthly reviews of the site based staff.
- Career development and training plans for all staff.
- Review of the Assignment instructions.
- Review of our KPI’s.
- Improvement recommendations.
- A P & L report for that site / client.
