I am Zil Baluch, CBO and Co-Founder PIFFERS Security Services (Pvt) Ltd. I have over 20 years of progressive diverse management experience with leading corporate companies around the globe. I have been associated with multiple organizations in various sectors including OMCs, Telecommunications and Management firms across Pakistan. I have started my professional career with Pakistan State Oil, which is one of prominent OMC in Pakistan, here I got an opportunity for successfully building a wining sales team to start PSO Corporate/Fleet and Loyalty Cards division. After that I have joined Ufone to work and gain experience in the field of Customer Services. In continuation to the same, I have got another opportunity in telecom industry to join Warid Telecom as key member of their launch team in Pakistan, subsequently was really privileged to get an offer from Telenor Pakistan, one of leading European MNC, to launch their services in Pakistan. In my professional career my longest association (i.e. 14+ years) have been with Telenor Pakistan, where I have worked in multiple domains including, Customer Services, Corporate Relations, B2B Sales, Mobile Financial Services, Business Planning, System & Process, IOT Platforms, Sales & Distribution and Training & development etc. I was honored being a significant member and part of Telenor Pakistan Pre-launch FUT (Friendly User Trial) followed by formal launch in Pakistan and got an exclusive exposure in terms of end-to-end advisory role for: CRM development, easy load trials, S&SC and CRD system and processes alignment. Afterwards I have joined Edotco group Malaysia (i.e., market leaders in Towerco industry in Pakistan) and worked as Head Key Account Management, here I have contributed being a bridge between Edotco and Telecom industry of Pakistan to further grow Edotco business at its peak in a short span of time. This was my last employment before formally joining my business venture. By the grace of God, I have a proven track record of delivering results in varied industries (i.e., both developed and emerging markets) through collaboration and empowering talent. My core expertise is in Strategy Development and Execution with a view to shaping outcomes. I hold Master degrees in Business Administration & Project Management and also qualified in Sales Force Management program from LUMS.
